LOGISTICS OFFICER
Responsibilities:
-Utilize various transportation provider software systems, to facilitate material movement planning and scheduling.
-Prepare and update monthly logistics, schedule to assure deliveries to bank locations.
-Coordinate product delivery schedules across departments and branches.
-Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of bank vehicles.
-Complete and monitor necessary transportation logs according to Bank policy.
-Oversee all services of external contractors, including courier and cleaning companies).
-Re-routes goods movements as needed to meet demands and minimize costs
-Monitor the administration of accurate and timely internal and external mail dispatch.
-Ensure that items and mail is shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including planning the transportation, selecting the mode of transportation, and tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all the while targeting cost reduction, freight savings, service and contractual requirements.
-Prepare all logistical requirements for all bank events.
-Maintain and file banks' service contracts pertaining rents, couriers, and services.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Business Administrations or Accounting.
-At least 3 years experience in an Administration Department.
