MSF Spain is looking for a LOGISTICS SPECIALIST in Jerusalem .

Supply responsibilities
Mission
Ensure the importation procedures for international medical and logistic orders (MSF Supply in Europe).
Ensure the necessary documentation for importing and coordinate the importation process with the broker agent in Tel Aviv.
Manage the transportation for both international and local orders to the project site (including truck and car transport).
Coordinate with the JSM, Hebron logistics team, and the local Pharma responsible for purchases.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and identify potential new suppliers.
Provide support for supply activities to the field project in Hebron when needed.
Assist the Logistics Coordinator in preparing supply budgets, including local and international transport and customs expenses.
Jerusalem
Ensure that the Jerusalem supply procedures are managed according to the standards (IR, CBA, quotations, etc.).
Manage the supply program Logistics 7 at the capital level, including ordering, purchasing, reception, and stocks.
Ensure the follow-up and renewal of supply contracts (e.g., stationery, water, hygienic products, fuel).
Ensure that all necessary tools and management procedures are followed to prevent stock shortages, losses, and excess stocks in the Jerusalem office.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the supply administration processes, adhering to MSF standards and protocols.
Participate in the preparation of monthly reports and monthly financial requests.
In collaboration with the Logco assistant, ensure the supervision, coaching, and performance follow-up of the BFO.
Support the Logistics Coordinator in defining the JSM supply activities and planning in accordance with MSF standards, protocols, and procedures.
Ensure the proper filing of supply documents (both soft and hard copies), delegating to the BFO as necessary.
Manage the Jerusalem office stock (e.g., stationery and hygienic products) by maintaining stock cards, performing regular stock controls, and updating stocks in Logistics 7, with delegation to the BFO.
Perform day-to-day purchasing activities for JSM, delegating to the BFO as needed.

Education
Essential technical diploma or technical university degree, in his /her area of speciality, preferably as an engineer
Experience
• Essential at least two years of working experience in logistics/ Supply related activities.
• Desirable previous experience with MSF or other NGOs, and working experience in developing countries
Languages
Mission working language essential. English, Arabic and Hebrew.
