Job Summary:
Canaan City Walk presents an upbeat City Block, offering a range of magical family entertainment options , myriad cafes and dining experiences, and unique retail outlets. All within a modern, clean, organized, and safe mini city feel. Canaan City Walk is positioned at the Northern entrance of the West Bank, at Al-Jalama, bridging our communities in a fun, entertaining, and relaxing atmosphere. The Marketing and Creative Manager will lead the development and implementation of the marketing strategy. The occupant of this position will manage launching campaigns, for the City Walk, and for individual business units within the City Walk. This work will entail a wide range of creative projects, material developments, and promotions and advertising campaigns targeting Palestinians in Galilee and in the West Bank. This job will require an individual with passionate creative insight, well versed in technical creative applications, high communication skills and a natural team leader.
The scope of work will cover Marketing planning & strategies, budgeting, lead Creative Graphic Design, Promotions design and management (Creating ideas for publicity campaigns, promotions, PR and press releases. Set up publicity photo shoots and take on-site photographs. Prepare media packs, prize bags, and menus), Brochure Distribution, Posters / Flyers, Multimedia adverts, Website and social media, discounts campaigns, and videography.
Canaan City Walk is established on 50,000 m2 space with 25,000 m2 of business offering that will include – 50% entertainment, 30% food and beverage, and 20% retail.

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversees creative strategy and development of all marketing communications assets, ensuring messaging consistency across all touchpoints and with brand objectives. Includes traditional and non-traditional advertising mediums.
- Establish brand positioning and serve as the brand steward to ensure proper execution across all channels including external and internal communications.
- Directly impact business outcomes by influencing how advertising campaigns are best deployed and evaluated in each channel.
- Oversee social media marketing.
- Oversee creative team workflow processes and policies, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work with agencies \ freelancers to develop and implement specific marketing plans and creative directions.
- Provide creative support and consultation across Hayat Canaan to ensure consistency and excellence of all initiatives (digital, social, events, PR, etc.)
- Partners closely with internal teams to develop and manage the overall timelines for marketing campaigns and creative execution of projects and events.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate new ideas, concepts, and solutions for live entertainment experiences.
- Hire, manage, and motivate a creative team as needed, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to help team members reach their full potential.
- Oversee the development of visual concepts, storyboards, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate creative ideas and concepts.
- Stay in tune with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and ensure the Canaan City Walk offerings remain cutting-edge and engaging.
- Monitoring marketing channels and reporting marketing progress to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications and minimum requirements:
- An academic degree in marketing is preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing and creative branding experience, preferably in tourism/hospitality.
- Experience in developing and executing multi-faceted advertising campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, designs, and projects in the entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Apps and services, Illustrater, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling/rendering software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development.
- Must be an excellent, details-oriented designer with a passion for typography, layout, and color and pixel perfect creative execution.
- Must be available to work under pressure and respond to work demands when needed.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently, proactive thinker/self-starter.
