Marketing and Social Media Specialist  

Job Role:

• To drive the marketing process and to grow the business
• Updating and Managing Company social media pages.
• Grow and expand the company’s social media presence into new platforms.
• Develop, implement, and track marketing channels such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and offline events.
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
• Generate new business leads and conduct market research to analyze trends and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
• Write, proofread, and edit creative commercial content across different mediums.
• Represent the company publicly and sustain relationships with partners. 
• Oversee budgeting of the marketing department and prioritize campaign in retrospect to the budget, 
• Evaluate marketing progress in retrospect to sales and product development and propose a monthly report to management. 
• Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans.
• Studying customer behaviors and habits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 – 7 years of experience in marketing.·
• Series of clear achievements in marketing.

• Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
