Training and Marketing Coordinator
ACS is Hiring for the position of a full time Training and Marketing Coordinator to be based in its office in Al Bireh City, as Following:
Position Description
Coordinate the Training Courses and training cycle, in addition to other tasks relate to the Job.
Responsibilities
Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house)
Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc)
Market available training opportunities to Candidates and provide necessary information
Market ACS Outsources Accounting and Consultancy Services, in addition to deliver the value of ACS Services
Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques
Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
Qualifications
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques
MS Office proficiency
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Strong communication skills
Huge skills in using the Media in Marketing such as Websites, social and Employment sites
BS degree in Marketing, Accounting Minor Marketing, or Marketing Minor accounting (preferred)
