BA/LGHR is recruiting a Marketing Communication Section Head for a leading services company, located in Ramallah, Palestine. 

Reporting to:  Department Head.
Type of Contract: Full-time.

Scope of work:
The Marketing & Communications Section Head will be responsible for managing the design and implementation of a range of online & offline communication strategies and processes.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the quality of the company’s public communication and leading the company’s engagement in various public matters.
  • Manage and lead the company’s public image and communications.
  • Developing the marketing and communication strategy, tactics, channels, and budgets.
  • Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local clients' priorities.
  • Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction and optimizing Marcom department performance. 
  • Collaborating with content teams and partners to ensure effective implementation of the long-term and short-term marketing and communication strategy.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the department strategy, and continuously introducing needed modifications. 
  • Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
  • Directing, organizing, and overseeing the marketing team's performance and effects and optimizing overall department achievements. 
  • Tracking effectiveness of various marketing campaigns and performing necessary improvements. 
  • Managing communications process with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
  • Analyzing the purpose of the MarCom positioning (generate purchases, launch a product, create brand awareness).
  • Conducting needed research and evaluating key audiences.
  • Creating and/or overseeing the promotional materials, content, and designs.
  • Measuring the impact of marketing, public relations, and communication efforts on the public and customers.

Special Requirements & Skills: 

  • Experience in developing marketing strategies in addition to campaign planning and execution.
  • Proven experience in content management and data analytics.
  • Exceptional writing abilities.
  • Demonstrated Project management skills.
  • Proven lead generation expertise with a positive return on investment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills. 
  • Proven experience and knowledge in communication processes, tools, and social media platforms management.
  • Self-motivated and creative.

Total Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, communication, and public relations.

Education & Certificates Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • A postgraduate degree is a plus. 

Location:

  • Ramallah, West Bank.

Languages Required:

  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
