Marketing Coordinator

One of the leading companies in the country, specializing in selling home appliances, looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with influencers and content creators, managing marketing materials and timelines, and supporting budget tracking and campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and executing digital, in-store, and outdoor marketing campaigns.
2. Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers.
3. Track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.
4. Organize marketing content and ensure alignment with the campaign calendar.
5. Manage invoice collection and assist in budget tracking.
6. Monitor social media posting and video content updates.
7. Support public relations and event coordination efforts.

Key Requirements:

1. 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar roles.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Familiarity with digital tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and SMS marketing platforms.
7. Ability to analyze campaign results and track KPIs.
8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-channel marketing environment.
9. Preferred candidates: Residents of Ramallah or areas near Jerusalem (Al-Ram, Bethany, Kufor Aqab, etc.).
