MENA Investment Company is a leading company in the automotive industry and official importer of Nissan brand is currently seeking to a hire a Marketing Assistant /Customer Care Officer
 

Position: Marketing & Customer Care Officer.


This position provides a wide range of administrative support to the marketing department. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Ability to take on projects with little supervision and sometimes strict time constraints.

Responsibilities:

-Assist the Marketing team in coordinating various integrated projects and marketing activities.
-Keep track of the success rate and performance of ongoing promotional campaigns and making the required changes for better effectiveness and also receiving feedback on these campaigns.
-Design brochures and other marketing materials.
-Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitterand additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
-Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
-Oversee and manage website updates.
-Create and translate content for press releases regularly.
-Gather information to support the analysis of marketing activities.
-Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
-Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
-Responsible for Nissan loyalty program.
-Back up in other office departments when needed.

Requirements:

-A minimum of B.A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
-A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar field.
-Graphic Design experience is an added advantage
-Reporting skills.
-Handle tasks in a professional manner.
-Very strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and advanced Excel skills.
-Excellent command of English & Arabic; both writing and speaking.
-Strong time management skills.
-Strong creative skills.
-Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
-Willing and able to multi-task.
