Marketing Manager

AL-Reehan Real-Estate Investment Co.is seeking to hire qualified people for the following position: Responsiblties :
1-Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing housing and real estate products.
2-Manage and coordinate all marketing ,advertising and promotional resources and activities.
3-Conduct market research to determine market requirements for exisitng and future products.
4-Prepare analysis of customer research,current market conditions and competitors information.
5-Manage the productivity of marketing plans and projects.
6-Monitor,review and report on all marketing activity and results.
7-Develop ,prepare and manage the marketing budget
8-Deliver marketing activity within approved budget.
9-Participate in developing pricing strategy.
10--Laiaison with media and advertising departments.

Minimum Requirements:
-B.A degree in marketing.
-5 or more yeras of work experience.
-Excellent command of the English langauge.
