Mission:
Energetic and intuitive marketing strategist with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Understand the Marketing Communications strategies and project plans and provide creative direction and multiple solution options. Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results. Experienced in strategic marketing campaign planning, branding, budgeting, and product development. Adept in online and traditional marketing, and skilled in visual communications.
Requirements:
-5+ years of experience, preferably in real estate.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any relevant field of study.
-Excellent English Language (oral/written) and fluent in Arabic
Language.
-Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels, including website, print communications, online communications, radio, and direct mail.
-Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time – to deliver results on time and under budget.
-Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-Organized and efficient, paying close attention to details while handling multiple tasks.
-Confident and dynamic personality.
-Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
-Exceptional time management skills.
-Excellent awareness of technology standards and emerging trends.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
-Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies, and product branding development including tagline and slogan development designed to generate leads and drive sales Responsible for all aspects of marketing projects, including: meeting deadlines, planning, budgeting, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures.
-Producing innovative and cost-effective promotions both in print, radio, video,and online.
-Managing the marketing budget on a periodical basis.
-Demonstrate effective management of marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
-Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, brand awareness and marketing initiatives
-Working closely with graphic designers and assisting with new product launches.
-Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
-Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
-Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
-Analyze marketing statistics and data
-Collaborate with internal departments for design visions and goals
-Other duties for this role will be assigned as necessary by the General Manager.
