Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid – Remote with 2 days/week on-site

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Saturday to Thursday)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and build our marketing department from the ground up. This role involves managing digital marketing programs across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, generate demand, and contribute to overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of strategic vision, digital expertise, team leadership, and executional excellence.

This is a hybrid opportunity, allowing remote work from anywhere, with optional in-office presence (2 days/week) for local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Department Setup

  • Establish the in-house marketing structure, define team roles, and oversee daily operations.
  • Develop internal workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures for efficient execution.

2. Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Lead successful campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, influencer, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for cohesive brand messaging.

3. Market Research & Analytics

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and customer behavior to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Track and report on KPIs and marketing performance, with insights and improvement plans.

4. Digital Marketing Leadership

  • Manage digital initiatives including social media engagement, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, and lead generation funnels.
  • Improve online visibility and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Optimize website content and structure to increase traffic and conversions.

5. Content & Brand Development

  • Oversee the development of marketing materials: brochures, press releases, catalogs, landing pages, and digital content.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all touchpoints.
  • Champion the brand internally and externally to build brand advocacy.

6. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to align marketing with business goals.
  • Maintain relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and media contacts.

7. Department Oversight & Budget Management

  • Manage the daily operations of the marketing team and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Set and manage the department’s marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Evaluate and manage vendors and platforms.

  • Education: Diploma in Marketing (required); Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 4–5 years of marketing experience, with proven success in strategy development, team leadership, and digital campaign execution.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong background in SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Prior experience in customer-facing or B2C service industries is essential.
  • Leadership: Experience leading teams, setting KPIs, and mentoring marketing professionals.
  • Analytical: Proficient in collecting and interpreting marketing metrics, identifying ROI, and optimizing performance.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships.
  • Hybrid Work Experience: Comfortable working independently and coordinating across time zones when remote.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexible Hybrid Setup: Work remotely from anywhere, or if based locally, attend the office 2 days per week.
  • Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
