The Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is a Palestinian non-profit and non-governmental organization.

PARC is looking to recruit a Marketing Officer to work in its office in Ramallah

Location: West Bank

Duties and Responsibilities:

1-The main tasks is to support sales and marketing activities and update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
2-To develop, recommend and executing Retail Marketing strategies and operational plans to achieve the requested goals.
3-Contributing to the implementation of the marketing strategy and plan with specific objectives and targets as set by management.
4-Follow-up on all offer/promotion evolution in terms of meeting/achieving targets, including but not limited to analysis of data on existing offers/promotions and data about the market.
5-Responsible for online marketing activities; social media (Facebook, YouTube, activities website, etc).
6-Building, Collecting and analyzing relevant performance data and preparing any required reports.
7-Designing and managing marketing research processes.

Experience & Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in marketing
-At least 1 year of relevant experience
-Ability to spend considerable time in the field.
-Self-motivation and initiation are highly desirable.
-Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
-Good report writing skills and excellent written and verbal skills.
-Experience using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
-Excellent communication ,verbal, written and presentation skills
-Flexibility and capacity to accept multiple responsibilities and new challenges while keeping the objectives clearly focused.
-Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
-Previous experience with NGOs constitutes a strong asset.
