Rawabi is establishing a new high-tech training academy. This academy targets both experienced professionals to acquire more advanced skills and new entry-level engineers to help them join the working market smoothly.

Responsibilities

Works directly with the operations manager to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns.
Works directly with the operations manager on campaigns to raise funds, attract engineers, and brand the academy.
Conducts market research and analysis, and establishes data management and tracking systems to create a pipeline of prospect companies to hire the engineers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.
2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
Ability to plan, organize and coordinate media activities and special events.
