ASAL Technologies, the leading software house in Palestine, is looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Officer (with a concentration on Social Media coordination).

Along the regular duties of a Sales & Marketing Officer, the officer will write unique content and take photos and videos for the social media accounts they administer. The position involves frequent social media post updates (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Google+) and use of social media analysis tools. A basic understanding of websites, and blogging is required.

The Marketing Officer will seek out new opportunities and platforms for the delivery of our messages and will actively join conversations where ASAL has value to add; we are looking for a true ambassador. They will build relationships across the organization and externally in order to identify the most meaningful content and information. They will participate in the development of content and campaigns and act as an advocate for the strongest and most effective methods of communicating and cultivation via the channels they oversee.

This position will manage and define the plan for a continuous publishing schedule for social media profiles and social media administered sites, and analyze what content is performing well and how to improve. This includes an understanding of SEO and the way to create content that attracts attention. This individual also will work closely with our external partners on content sharing and planning.
-Manage multiple social media accounts that support marketing objectives (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube) while staying current on platform features and best practices
-Create an active, engaged audience across all social media touch points through community management, promotions and collaborative projects
-Ensure that the tone and voice of social media is synced with overall business objectives and goals
-Support recruiting goals and campaigns by creating email communications and social content strategies
-Engage followers so that alumni/friends can effectively advocate on behalf of AUSL and our recruiting objectives
-Development and execution of all integrated social media marketing programs to achieve aggressive demand generation and brand development goals.

Requirements
-A degree in either Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Media Studies, Business and/or related fields is preferred
-Understand SEM and SEO best practices to assist digital team with site and campaign optimization to improve search engine rankings through content marketing.
-Strong analytical skills and ability to provide recommendation based on insights
-Excellent English written and oral communication skills , consulting skills and ability to collaborate and work well with others
