Marketing Unit Head
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Lead the Marketing Unit, ensuring the team is aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive segmentation strategies that optimize marketing efforts.
- Analyze market data and customer behavior to identify and target specific segments effectively.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and sales teams to drive segmentation initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of segmentation strategies, refining approaches as necessary.
- Lead data scientists and analysts to leverage advanced analytics techniques for deeper insights.
- Present segmentation insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Oversee the management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Any Task Requested from your management.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in segmentation, market research, or data analytics.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that have driven growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools.
- Expertise in customer segmentation methodologies and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
