Mechanical Components Librarian

What you will be doing:

• Electro-mechanical components data inspection.
• Preparation & inspection of components data including 3D files, Data sheets, DXF & IDF files & installation instructions.
• Comparing several 2nd source components & creation of superposition models.
• Approval of components Specs vs. 3D models.
• Participating & leading changes process as MCO, GCO, ECR, ECO.
• Support the mechanical designers by the preparation of technical data.
• Close interaction with Components engineers & Layout librarians.

What we need to see:

• Practical Engineer, B.Sc. with equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of Experience with electromechanical components' approval & PCB design & production.
• High understanding of Electro-mechanical components librarian work.
• Proven 3D CAD experience, i.e. Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, Creo(ProE), CATIA, Unigraphics.
• Excellent English skills (both verbal and written).
• knowledge of manufacturing raw materials, Hardware fasteners, finishing, and coatings.
• Ability to lead multiple tasks, projects, and co-workers, while maintaining order and organization.
• Self-motivated with a sharp learning curve, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Teammate - able to work independently and as a member of a team, High Service orientation.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• High knowledge of mechanical Tolerance.
• Agile or other product management system.
