Mechanical Engineer and Technical Programmer

Aeliasoft is seeking a skilled Technical Programmer , Your work will involve building programming details libraries, creating drawings, individual programming for order details, and preparing bills of quantities, catalogs, and production files. Coordination with project managers and adherence to guidelines and schedules set by the company's management will be essential.

Responsibilities:

Receive customer orders from project managers and understand their programming requirements.
Build programming details libraries to ensure efficient and accurate programming for future orders.
Create detailed drawings and individual programming instructions for order details.
Develop bills of quantities, catalogs, and production files for the manufacturing process.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure the timely completion of programming tasks.
Adhere to guidelines and schedules provided by the company's management.
Demonstrate a high level of technical understanding in the field and stay updated on advancements.
Utilize software tools such as SolidWork, AutoCAD, SolidCam, EMOS, and TOPSOLID.
Apply knowledge and experience in the CNC world, specifically in carpentry, furniture, kitchen, and cabinet manufacturing.
Understand the world of frames, metal, and aluminum, providing valuable insights when needed.
Display initiative, proactivity, and a helpful attitude within the team.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders in a professional manner.
Maintain a full-time position with the willingness to work overtime when necessary.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
At least two years of proven experience in a similar position within manufacturing companies specializing in furniture, kitchens, cabinets, etc.
Proficiency in working with drawings and experience using software such as SolidWork, AutoCAD, SolidCam, EMOS, and TOPSOLID (mandatory).
Familiarity with the CNC world and experience in carpentry, furniture, kitchen, or cabinet manufacturing.
Understanding of frames, metal, and aluminum is highly desirable.
In-depth technical understanding and a self-learning ability to stay updated in the field.
Proactive and helpful attitude with good interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage knowledge within your area of responsibility.
Flexibility to work full time and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
