Position: Part time Medical Laboratory Technologist.
Department: Department: Medical laboratory of Holy Family hospital.

Overview:
1-Maintain positive working relationship with the medical team and hospital personnel.
2-Works independently as a phlebotomist.
3-Possesses adequate knowledge of instrumentation, theory and application of major laboratory tests.
4-Assumes responsibility to resolve and identify instrumentation problems and should be capable
of performing the regular required preventive maintenance procedures.
5-Follows the Laboratory policy for data retrieval, record keeping, specimen handling and identification,
and reporting of results.
6-Follows the Laboratory guidelines for handling, processing and interpreting the obtained results of QC materials.

Requirements:
1-Education: BA degree in Medical Technology Sciences OR a BA degree in Biology Minored Medical technology. Holders of an MA degree are preferable.
2-Candidates practically experienced in Medical Microbiology are desired.
3-Residents from Bethlehem district are favored.
4-Individuals qualifying for this position must be licensed for the job from the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
