Medical Procurement Officer

Our Company is searching for an experienced, ambitious candidate for the Medical Procurement Officer Position, to manage and take the lead in our procurement department and to be responsible for the full spectrum of purchasing process including suppliers’ management, price negotiation, purchase order execution, timely delivery to customers, and stock optimization.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare Purchase Orders and forward them to the supplier.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding late deliveries and outstanding orders.
• Track delivery periods from items to ensure that the expected time of arrival dates are being met.
• Ensure that all orders are shipped to the right customers and at the right time.
• Prepares all the purchasing documentation and reports as required.
• Work with team members and the procurement manager to complete duties as needed.
• Track the Purchase Order Cycle from the beginning of the sales orders to the delivery of the PO correctly to the customer.

●        A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field is preferred.

●        At least 2+ years of experience as a medical procurement officer or in a similar position.

●        Strong communication and negotiation skills.

●       Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

●        Strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation, communication, conflict resolution, and

relationship management skills to engage others, build consensus and resolve issues.

●        Proficient computer skills with advanced skills in MS Office applications including Excel; and Word, PP

●        Excellent verbal and written English skills, Hebrew language is an advantage.
