Islamic Relief Palestine in partnership with CAFOD intends to establish a center for psychosocial guidance in Northern Gaza Strip. The centre aims to create healthy atmosphere for children, through psychological support, educational support and other recreational activities. Islamic Relief announces the following vacancies for the psychosocial guidance center in Northern Gaza Strip 6- Title: Medical Secretary
Ref: 2009/24/S
Duration: One year (Full Time)
Main Duties: Sorting incoming and outgoing mail. Keeping good filing records for the center (computerizes and manual filing). Answering phones and keeps appointments. Meetings minutes writing. Dealing with visitors. Travel & transportation arrangements. Following up the day-to-day paper work according to filing system. Helping in any related secretarial work.
Candidates must posses the following competencies:
• Diploma degree in medical secretaries
• Three years experience in medical secretariat work
• Experience of designing, keeping and working with accurate
• Computerized data and manual records and books are essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English (essential) as well as Arabic language.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop and Internet.
