Membership Relations and Activities Officer

The Palestinian Businessmen Association (PBA) is seeking strong leadership personality that can
work in office with onsite managing skills. The applicant must possess good experience bringing
together ends and managing multi-task working environment, be capable to work in close terms with members; manage output schedules to meet delivery expectations, ensure schedule compliance, quality control, and supervisor's satisfaction, and take early action to correct negative trends, meet new demands and provide periodic progress reports orally and written.
Duties include but not limited to perform the following tasks:
Membership:
1-Maintaining vivid relations with current and prospective members and update membership records.
2-Administration of members procedures (application, review, exclusion) and recruit new members and ensure renewal of membership.
3-To respond to members queries and defining their interests and concerns.
4-To deliver and cooperate with other departments in providing the services that meet members
needs.
5-To prepare the draft annual program and budget for membership department and implement it
within budget and secure the target income hence, performing minor accounting duties.
Activaties:
1-Organize, execute and arrange PBA members' participation and the delegations at the PBA deferent activities locally and traveling abroad.
2-Responsible for organizing a parcel of training sessions, proactively scheduling appointments and developing increased client awareness of our training sessions.
3-Help the director of the private sector development center in writing project proposal and policy papers as decided.
4-Help in administering research projects being implemented and organizing workshops.
5-To summarize all activities at the end of the year in an administrative report.
6-Undertake such other duties as directed by the General Director.
Skills & Experience:
1-Having an experience working in a membership function is a plus
2-Organized and analytical approach to problem solving
3-Strong IT, reconciliation and accounting skills literature is a plus.
