The Palestinian Businessmen Association embraces a wide range of well-reputed entrepreneurs. It comprises over 400 members of senior businessmen in Palestine active in different Palestinian economic sectors including industry, commerce, agriculture, banking, insurance, construction, hotel management and tourism, IT, transport and others. Palestinian Businessmen Association seek the following position to be based in PBA Rammallah Office:-
Membership Relations Officer
With A strong leadership Personality that can work in office with on site managing skills. To work
in multi-task working environment, be capable to work in close terms with members, participate with the execution of serviceoriented schemes; manage output schedules to meet delivery expectations and provide periodic reports.
Position Duties:
1-Maintaining good administrative and communication skills relations with current and prospective members
2-Administration of member’s procedures (application, review, exclusion)
3-Organize, execute and arrange PBA members’ participation and the delegations of the PBA deferent activities locally and traveling abroad
4-Organizing and preparation of meetings
5-Coordinating Training Activities
6-Manage a database of members and its requirements
7-Advance computer skills
8-Organized and analytical approach to problem solving
Personal Requirements:
1-Relevant University degree.
2-Strong Communication, Conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
3-Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
4-Ability to work in a team and under pressure
