Mental Health Supervisor

JOB PROFILE
MSF Spain is looking for a skilled Mental Health Supervisor in Hebron to help us in participate in the planning, supervision and coordination of mental health / pycho-social related services in the programme in accordance with MSF standards in order to provide the most appropriate mental health support for patients.

Terms of Reference
- Plan and supervise the implementation of Counsellor Educators' (CEs) activities, which include counselling sessions, group interventions, and training.
- Plan and supervise the implementation of Community Mental Health Workers' (CMHWs) activities, including Psychological First Aid (PFA), screening sessions, group interventions, and awareness sessions.
- Monitor the data collection tools used in the project and ensure that all team members properly register data, focusing on the quality of the files completed.
- Lead the referral process within the team (CMHWs, Community Health Educators (CHEs), Social Workers (SWs), CEs, and medical interpreters) and allocate patients who require specialized mental health (MH) services to the team of CEs and psychologists (PSYs).
- Lead group interventions conducted by the CEs and incorporated new intervention plans to meet the beneficiaries' needs, such as thematic groups and interventions in primary health care (PHC). Support CEs in developing intervention plans and review their proposals with the assistance of the team and Mental Health Activity Manager (MHAM).
- Oversee Human Resources (HR) procedures, including annual leave, recruitment, and Performance Management Systems (PMS), for the directly supervised team.
- Provide psychotherapy for a limited number of cases to gain a better understanding of the context.
- Ensure the patient’s related information is kept confidential
- Offer clinical supervision to community mental health workers in collaboration with the Mental Health Activity Manager.
- Compile the data and statistic linked with MH activities and report to the MH activity manager.
- Oversee the administrative processes associated with psychosocial functioning, such as weekly reporting.
- Participate in the planning, organization and coordination of Mental Health activities, in close collaboration with the Mental Health activity manager and other medical team members, in order to ensure an efficient and effective implementation of the resources needed while maintaining high levels of quality in Mental Health MSF programs and activities.

Education
Degree in Psychosocial or relevant studies
Degree in Psychology diserable, Clinical Degree is an advantage
Experience
Psycho-social counselling experience of at least 2 years. Team management at least 1 year is an advantage.
