mental health team leader

MSF-France “Doctors without Borders” is currently seeking to hire a mental health team leader for its Psycho-Socio-Medical program in Gaza. The post location will be Gaza City with movement throughout the Gaza strip, on a Full Time basis.

Requirements:
-B.A Degree in English Language
-Previous experience in mental health/social work is an asset (but not mandatory)
-Strong interest in psychological and medical issues.
-Managerial skills and experience in managing and supervising team.
-Flexibility (toward variety of activity, frame of work)
-Calm, composed and open minded.
-Skills working interactively in a multidisciplinary team/ high interpersonal and communication capacities.
-Fluent in English language both written and spoken.
-Good computer skills
-Good reporting writing skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and stress management capacity.
