Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is a leading UK charity dedicated to improving the health and dignity of Palestinians affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement. With a focus on the occupied Palestinian territory and Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, we provide vital health and medical care to those in need, particularly in crisis zones like Gaza. As part of our commitment to meeting the growing needs of the communities we serve, we're expanding our team.
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is currently seeking a dedicated MHPSS Supervisor who will guide MHPSS staff to ensure high-quality psychosocial services, oversee clinical assessments, treatment plans, and interventions, and manage psychotropic medication practices. Key duties include training MHPSS personnel, leading community outreach to promote mental health, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Ideal Candidate will have A degree in clinical psychology, psychiatry, or a related field with experience in MHPSS and medication management in humanitarian settings. Strong managerial and cultural sensitivity skills, fluency in Arabic (English is a plus), and a commitment to MAP’s values are essential.
