Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator in Primary Health Care
Location: Ramallah

The Palestine Red Crescent Society ­ PRCS is an officially recognized national association. It’s a constituent of the International Red Cross red Crescent Movement operating in Palestine and Palestinian refugee camps a broad, in accordance with the Geneva Convention and the Movement’s principles, with a mission to improve humanitarian services to the Palestinian people and to mitigate their pain, maintain their health, protect their lives, and enforce human rights in times of peace, war and states of emergency.
PRCS is seeking a dynamic Coordinator with excellent conceptual, analytical and organizational skills for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator in Primary  Health Care for the project of Community based development and health education that is funded by the EU through the German Red Cross. She/He will reports to the Director Of PHC.
POSITION DUTIES:
A) Review existing formats and where necessary adapt/develop new indicators and formats.
B) Set up a Monitoring & Evaluation framework to measure.
- impact of the Health Education and social sessions on the actual level of knowledge of PRCS volunteers and the beneficiary population.
-access of beneficiaries to PRCS educational and social services.
- level of satisfaction of beneficiaries with PRCS and social services.
- quality of trainings delivered by PRCS staff to volunteers.
-quality of trainings delivered by volunteers to the community and other volunteers.
- develop a M&E system for the micro project component with focus on client satisfaction.
C) Train staff in applying the M&E system.
D) Regularly follow up review the M&W system.
E) On a yearly basis conduct a client satisfaction survey.
F) Prepare recommendations for PRCS PHC management.
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Social Sciences, health or economics or related fields.
- to 5 years working experience in monitoring and evaluation systems in the humanitarian and development sector.
- Proven knowledge in systematic monitoring and evaluation.
- Ability to think beyond projects towards a rather organizational approach.
-Training experience.
- Availability to travel to Gaza.
- Knowledge of standard IT systems, administrative standards and NGO’s requirements.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
