ARD,Inc.is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Civic Engagement Program.
ARD,Inc.is looking for experienced professional to be based in our Jerusalem Office for the following position:

Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Duration: 18 Months
Location: Jerusalem with travel to the West Bank

This position requires at least five years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation
or project management, preferably with USAID programs. The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the project’s monitoring and evaluation framework and system to ensure effective tracking, analysis, oversight, and reporting of project results. The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist is responsible for producing periodical monitoring and evaluation reports based on CEP’s performance indicators that will guide decision making and program implementation. In addition to these tasks, the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will work with program staff and CEP’s grantees to ensure the efficient, effective, and timely collection of performance data.

Other requirements include:
-BA in the field of social science, development studies or other related field
-Must be highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Demonstrated success in developing and implementing M&E systems, processes and tools
-Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative evaluation tools
-Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
-Proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Ability to work within a team, at a fast pace and under pressure
-Ability and willingness to travel
