Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists

In expectation of upcoming Monitoring Activities for USAID-Funded Activities in Gaza, Associates in Building Capacity (ABC Consulting) is seeking qualified Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists according to the following terms and specifications:

-Relevant education backgrounds including, health, humanitarian assistance, education, economic growth and infrastructure.
-At least 5 years of relevant development and humanitarian assistance work experience in local and/or international non-governmental organizations.
-3-5 years of Monitoring and Evaluation experience
-Ability to produce high-quality reports and briefs in English.
-Fluent in English and Arabic speaking, reading and writing. Ability to translate between the two languages a plus.
-Excellent level of proficiency in English, word processing, Windows Excel, SPSS, and quantitative and qualitative analysis.
-Ability to design M&E tools, surveys, and semi-structured interview questions.
-Knowledge of research ethics and ability to train and supervise their application.
