Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:  Collaborate and coordinate with program staff to perform data collection, storage, and analysis activities. Develop data collection plans and questionnaires, tailored to activities and locations in line with program strategy and goals. Perform data analyses, generate reports of findings, and contribute to reporting requirements and project communications products.

Basic Qualifications: Experience in designing data collection tools, data collection, quality assurances, data entry, analysis and report writing are required. Training or supervisory experience in similar roles is a great asset. Arabic and English language skills are required. The position will likely be based in Ramallah.
