Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Specialist
FHI 360 seeks candidates for the following role in anticipation of a five-year, USAID-funded West Bank/Gaza Civil Society Support project. The project may focus on: civil society capacity strengthening; increasing civic engagement in public sector decision-making; developing tools for measuring government accountability and transparency; and collaboration among civil society, government, and media actors. It is expected that all roles will be located in Ramallah, West Bank, with anticipated project-funded travel throughout the country.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist- The MEL Specialist shall work under the leadership of the Chief of Party and will be responsible for adapting the tools and refining the design of the monitoring and evaluation approach to effectively gauge program successes and challenges. S/he will work with the program team to use data to promote learning along the project cycle and communicate findings to the USAID Mission.

The Specialist must have at least five years of relevant work experience and be able to effectively use statistical analysis software such as STATA and SPSS. A Master’s degree is required along with proficiency in spoken and written English.
