Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Reporting Assistant
ANERA is an international, non-profit, non-governmental organization implementing infrastructure projects in the West Bank and Gaza. ANERA is recruiting for a number of vacancies to serve under its newly awarded Palestinian Community Infrastructure Development (PCID) Program, a five-year USAID-funded program to be based in its various area offices as follows
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Reporting Assistant – One Vacancy (Jerusalem)
General Roles and Responsibilities:
-Contributing data and information collected from project monitoring and tracking to compile
and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
-Coordinating with the program staff to provide information for donor reporting
requirements.
-Participating in preparing the Performance Management Plan (PMP) Program.
-Responding to donor requests such as providing updated data on the progress of the
program.
-Maintaining a data management system using Excel, Access, SPSS or other data management
and analysis software.
-Coordinating closely with the Reporting and Monitoring Manager and the M&E Specialist.
-Participate in other M&E activities as needed.
Qualifications:
-An undergraduate degree in Social/Development Studies, Languages or another related field,
with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably with a background in international
organizations.
-Experience with USAID’s reporting requirements is highly desirable.
-Experience performing statistical analyses and data entry and solid experience with statistical
analysis software such as SPSS, Excel and Access.
-Arabic and English fluency (both oral and written) is essential. Excellent reporting skills are a must.
-Flexibility, excellent interpersonal, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external contacts.
-An expressed interest in international development through coursework, travel, and/or internship experience is desired.
-Compliance with data integrity and confidentiality.
-Experience with USAID’s GEO-MIS reporting system is preferred
