Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Sharek Youth Forum is a Palestinian NGO focuses on the development of young people into engaged, employable, and active citizens. Sharek amplifies the voices of Palestinian youth to reach those with the power to make change.

Sharek is inviting highly qualified candidates to apply for the following position: 

Job Title: M&E Officer- Full time

Location: Ramallah / Palestine

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures.
• Monitor all project activities, expenditures, and progress towards achieving the project output.
• Prepare annual M&E plan for the programs.
• Analyze data with the support of programs' coordinators and projects' coordinators, in order to provide recommendations on project improvements and/or corrective measures. 
• Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success.

Qualification Requirements:

• A University degree in social sciences or any related field. 
• Minimum of two (2) years of M&E experience in a Palestinian or international NGO.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software.
• Strong training & facilitation skills.
