National Influencing and Capacity Building Officer - Ramallah

Salary: 126,309 ILS Gross per annum ( 12 months fixed-term contract - Renewable)

The role
Focusing on Oxfams programme youll help to strengthen Oxfams programme policy issues, youll look at the delivery, analysis, and advocacy of Oxfams programme work. You will work closely with all programme staff and partners to develop advocacy strategies and practice changes related to Oxfams Economic Justice programme in the West Bank. Well also expect you to lead on building on internal and national capacity on campaign management and programme influencing.
Another important aspect of your role will include provision of capacity building activities , training and campaign coordination among partners, civil society and community leaders. You will have a key role in inputting into project proposal design, budgets and reporting to donors.

What were looking for
As well as experience in capacity building for civil society, networking and alliance building with other agencies, youll bring strong conceptual and analytical skills, and ability to think/operate innovatively and strategically. We are looking for someone confident when it comes to representation, you know how to turn strategy into action, and you have experience in producing case studies and other publications. This is a well defined role and were looking for someone with the drive and vision to build on our successes so far.
