Job Summary:

DWWT is seeking for Nurse to work within (Medical Home Services project- MHS) and manage the cases who need nursing treatment on the field and inside the clinics. DWWT encourages candidates to apply for this job vacancy to be then included in its team working in Gaza strip.

S/he will be reporting directly to doctor.

Conditions of Employment:
Starting: ASAP
Duration: 12 months with two months as Probation
Contract: Employee – Fixed Term

Main duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field visits to the beneficiaries to assess their medical needs according to your profession and prepare a treatment plan to each case according to its needs
2. The provision of medical services to the beneficiaries, in their homes or healthy clinic or any place determined by the project officer.
3. Sterilization of instruments used during service providing.
4. Prepare periodic reports according to the instructions of the doctor on a specific action.
5. Provide the information necessary for the beneficiaries and their families and the ways & mechanisms to deal with the current situation and tips to get to the psychological self-acceptance and satisfaction.
6. Perform any needed training for the other project staff if needed, which will be determined by the doctor.
7. Perform any tasks assigned by the doctor.
8. Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of work.

Qualifications and skills:

1. University degree in nursing with actual experience of not less than 2 years in the field.
2. Has a practicing license from the Ministry of Health
3. The ability to work in a team and under pressure
4. Computer skills including Microsoft office
5. Preparing and writing reports in English and Arabic language
6. Fluent English language " Reading and Writing"
