Office Administration Assistant - Hebron
MSF is an international , independent , medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency
aid to people affected by armed conflict , epidemics , healthcare exclusion and natural or manmade
disasters.
MSF Spain is looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Office Admin Assistant to join our team
based in Hebron . This is an exciting opportunity to further your career within the NGO sector. It is
an interesting and varied role in which you will be supporting our Mental Health project , working
alongside national and international staff.
Your main duties will be the admin of general accountancy , admin of staff files , managing our
reception desk and phone calls , organizing and maintaining filing records , monitoring movement of our vehicles and general support for the Field Coordination in administration , information follow up on local news and the translation of specific reports.
In addition to these tasks you will be required to attend meetings outside the office , maintain high
levels of confidentiality for the financial and administrative aspects of the mission both internally and
externally and to maintain a network with administrators of other local and international NGO’s.
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role , strong interpersonal and
communication skills , excellent secretarial and basic financial skills with relevant certificate of
education , the ability to multi-task , a genuine interest and commitment to the work of MSF and
alignment with our values and mission.
