The Finance for Jobs (F4J) Project is a four years economic development program implemented by DAI on behalf of the Ministry of Finance and Planning (MOFP) and funded by World Bank. The Finance for Jobs (F4J) Project is the first project in an anticipated Series of Projects that includes as its overarching objective the mobilization of private investment and achievement of job outcomes in the West Bank and Gaza through the deployment of innovative financing instruments that crowd in private investment.

DAI is seeking highly qualified candidates for the following position:

 

Office Administrator


Responsibilities:
   
-Ensure professional and smooth running of the daily administrative office tasks, and supporting the implementation of program.
-Assist the day-to-day operations including specific assignments from the Manager to oversee and coordinate certain activities.
-Create a central archive system including all data and lists related to the project(Soft & hard copies) and ensure it is maintained up dated;
-Prepare and assists in the preparation of monthly and periodic report, and Carrying out specific projects and research; when needed.
-Work with the staff to implement project activities including preparation of meetings, workshops, conferences, training, data collection, and other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
-Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in economics, business or related field preferred.
-At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative work related to office management, personnel, procurement and general administration. Office management.
-Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
-Good knowledge of email and internet usage is required.
 

This position will be allocated in the Ministry of Finance and Planning
