QUALIFICATIONS:
A Degree holder: Preferably Business Admin with fluent Arabic and English spoken and written.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Able to:
-Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the GM office.
-Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages in a professional manner.
-Setup GMs Travel arrangements.
-Maintain GMs Calendar.
-Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
-Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
-Maintain the General filing and file all correspondences.
-Meet and greet clients and visitors.
-Perform other related duties as assigned and required.
-Provide all administration work.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
-Computing Skills:
-Familiar with several computers packages, including Microsoft Word, Power-point, and excel.
-Past work experience is an advantage.
-Languages: Arabic and English (Fluent Spoken and Written)
