Job Vacancy
A local Palestinian NGO based in Ramallah is seeking qualified candidates for the following full-time positions:
Office Manager (Full-Time)
Tasks and responsibilities:
-Front Office Management: answer phones, take messages, receive general organization’s
emails.
-Management of Staff: maintain employee personnel files (ID copies, monthly timesheets, personal information sheets, contracts, and leaves).
-Maintain the office clean and well-organized through supervising the office assistant in cleaning.
-Coordinate all indoor and outdoor workshops and trainings held by the organization and make sure they are well-organized.
-Design an efficient office filing system and ensure it's maintained and up to date.
-Keep track of all office needs & supplies and petty cash payments, and verify receipt of supply.
Qualifications required:
-A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative position.
-Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
-Advanced computer literacy.
-Excellent networking and coordination skills.
-Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
