The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE)- General Directorate of TVET, with funding from the Belgian Technical Cooperation (BTC) in Jerusalem are offering the following

Office Manager
The Office Manager supports the National Project Manager in preparing meetings, keeping agendas, facilitating communication, ensuring that the office is always operational, also in times of absence of the National Project Coordinator.
Location & Duration :
The Project Management will be based in Ramallah-MEHE, the selected Candidate will work on a
yearly contract, on a months-bases salary, renewable for the overall project duration of 4 years.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage and perform all operational procedures relating to general office administration including reception, mail, office equipment, supplies, etc.
-Answer and assist with incoming calls and messages.
-Make complex travel arrangements for large number of people.
-Provide administrative support to the Project Manager.
-Manage facilities operations, space utilization and lease issues as well as act as liaison with building management.
-Monitor Administrative and Operational budget line items (e.g, office supplies, postage, phone, and if any rental equipment) and propose cost savings and efficiencies.
-Oversee purchases, maintenance and tracking of all office equipment and furniture.
-Arrange meetings, events and functions as required, and provide assistance where needed.
-Perform other additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
he/she should have:
-University degree in Business Administration, English Language, or equivalent.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience with relevant projects.
-Ability to work as a team member and under pressure.
-Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with people at different
levels.
-Strong experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
