The Office Manager will be responsible for all daily activities, organizing operations of the office and will assist the CEO in effective planning, organizing, and executing of the daily schedule and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  1. Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations reports and other documents on behalf of the CEO using MS Office suite, in both Arabic and English.
  2. Manage the arrangement and appointments agenda of the CEO in all, meetings, travelling, interviews, visits, occasions, conference, …etc.
  3. Organize daily work and orientation related to CEO office to achieve the best use of the available resources and the time of CEO.
  4. Receive and distribute incoming mail; review and evaluate mail to identify those items requiring priority attention of the CEO.
  5. Independently respond to letters and general correspondence of a routine nature.
  6. Secure appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process.
  7. Coordinate office activities and schedules; develop and recommend procedures and systems to ensure smooth office operations with other departments.
  8. Handle and follow up of all logistics issues related to the CEO office.
  9. Process and follow payment of invoices related to CEO office.
  10. Attend meetings, produce, and distribute accurate minutes of meetings and agendas in both Arabic and English when needed.
  11. Greet visitors at office
  12. Perform any other related works depending on directions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the same role supporting a CEO.
  • Strong command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Mastery of preparation of power point presentations.
  • High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people of all business levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Patient, able to work under pressure and flexibility in working extended hours, when needed.
  • Professional appearance
