Operation Coordinator
Position: Operation Coordinator.
Location: Ramallah Office- Palestine.
Position Type: Full-Time
Summary:
This role is responsible for preparing a variety of operational reports, drafting and reviewing Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with both local and international partners, and managing official communication with government entities. Key responsibilities include developing project proposals, overseeing urgent relief project requests, coordinating passport issuance for treatment programs, scheduling and documenting meetings, and creating content for presentations and organizational materials. Additionally, the position provides operational support across departments to help achieve the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational reports: Prepare comprehensive operational reports, including detailed narrative reports, summary reports, and data-focused reports that support various projects and initiatives.
- Drafting and reviewing MOUs: Draft MOUs with local and international partners and review previously drafted MOUs to ensure alignment with shared objectives.
- Official communication with government entities: Draft official correspondence and official letters for communication with Palestinian and foreign government entities.
- Develop concept notes, proposals, and letters of appeal for projects across various departments.
- Managing IPRs and PRs for urgent relief projects
- Passport issuing: Coordinate the issuance of passports for treatment abroad program beneficiaries, collaborating with relevant authorities to complete the required procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings for the team.
- Participation in meetings and documentation of critical points and action items to facilitate follow-up and implementation.
- Develop necessary content as requested, including conference presentations, organizational profiles, and other materials that support PCRF’s objectives.
- Operational support across departments: Provide operational support to various departments upon request, contributing to effectively achieving organizational goals.

Skill Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- BA in law, political science, and or another related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- The ability to work under pressure within teamwork arrangements.
- Ability to manage a team and manage tasks.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
