Job Title: Operational and Logistical Coordinator

 

 

We are looking for a well trained individual in the fields of operational and logistical management in order to facilitate our procurement and international operations efficiently. Graduates are also encouraged to apply, so long as they have the required motivation, skills, and self-efficacy. English language proficiency is required; fluent speakers are preferred.

 

• Coordination and management of large purchase orders.
• Conducting research on global shipping laws and markets.
• Assisting in the planning of large cargo shipments and associated logistics.
• Managing the logistical requirements for various projects across multiple countries.
• Locating and establishing connections with suppliers and vendors around the world

Job Type: Full time.

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, English, Translation, or other relevant fields.

 

Fluency in written and spoken English, native speakers are preferred.

 

The ability to adapt to a changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines under work pressure.

 

Strong social skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers, vendors, and relevant parties.

 

Proficiency in standard computer softwares such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.

 

Excellent written and verbal communication and telecommunication skills.

 

High level of self-motivation and accountability.

 

Proven knowledge and experience in administrative and managerial activities.
