Operational Manager

Takween is an institution with a humanitarian mission to provide high-quality care for children with neurological disorders and/or psychological disorders (www.takweencenter.ps). Takween takes an interdisciplinary approach to patient care by employing healthcare professionals with a wide variety of skill sets, working as a team with each child and their family to provide diagnostic assessments, clinical management, physical rehabilitation, behavioral and cognitive therapy, and special education.

The Operations Manager will work closely alongside the CEO,

The candidate is expected to do the following: 

• Supervise daily operation
• Ensure that all staff are informed and in compliance with relevant policies
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ranging from employees to community members to ensure ongoing process improvement
• Optimize the efficiency of our functional process
• Ensure quality care for our patients and the satisfaction of their families
• Develop strategies and lead the team to achieve Takween’s quality and efficient service goals while maintaining financial sustainability.

In addition to the professional qualifications in business and/or healthcare management, the candidate should be an ambitious and creative leader who believes in our mission to inspire and empower Palestinian children with neurological and psychological disorders by providing the best interdisciplinary clinical care.

We are looking for an Operational Manager with 3-5 years of managerial experience, preferably in healthcare sector. The candidate should have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This includes taking a proactive approach when analyzing financial and/or functional processes to address institutional needs alongside the CEO. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to clearly define and articulate requirements, impacts, and solutions are a prerequisite for the successful candidate.
