Business Alliance HR is recruiting an Operations and HR Officer for a FMCG (Import & Distribution) Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.
Contract Type: Full-time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Tasks:
- Handling overall office administration management and coordinating various office services and activities.
- Managing day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, events and conferences, managing supplies, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Conducting translation from English /Arabic and Vice versa during meetings with international vendors.
- Managing the relationships with local/ International vendors and service providers and following up on any required documents, reports, etc.
- Maintaining an organized office environment, acts as the primary point of contact for all office-related inquiries.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Booking transport and accommodation for local and international events.
- Ordering office supplies, stationery, and IT equipment and following up on Vehicle maintenance.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
- Attending meetings with senior management.
- Generating, receiving, and maintaining confidential and sensitive files and reports, and managing the office archive and filing system.
- Managing the Petty cash as per company policy.
- Performing other related duties as assigned from the direct manager.
Human Resources Tasks:
- Supporting the hiring process by scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information, etc.
- Welcoming new employees to the company by conducting orientation.
- Monitoring and managing time and attendance records.
- Maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Organizing employee events and activities.
- Assisting in implementing the company’s HR plan and policies.

Special Requirements & Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience as an Operations and HR officer, or Administrative Officer.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Fluent in English writing and speaking.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
- Excellent collaboration skills with employees, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
- Focused and self-disciplined.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
Years of experience:
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.
Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
