Job Title: Operations and Training assistant - Hebron

INJAZ Palestine is an independent Palestinian non-profit NGO. Through partnerships with the private sector and educational sectors, INJAZ provides relevant programs at schools and universities for youth aged from 12 to 24 to inspire and educate them about entrepreneurial and leadership skills and helping them to enhance their economic opportunities.

INJAZ Palestine is looking for a dynamic and creative Operations and Training assistant for its office in Hebron who will be able to do the following:

-Support Hebron's office in developing strong partnerships with private and educational sectors.
-Coordinate local public relations initiatives.
-Support INJAZ programs implementation in the schools and universities.
-Follow up INJAZ activities.
-Deliver training to youth aged 12-16

Qualifications:

1-University degree in Business Administration or Management.
2-At least 2 years experience in relevant work.
3-Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
4-Advanced computer skills.
5-Proven project design, planning, bidding, documentation, monitoring, and report-writing skills.
6-Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
