Operations Manager
A private microfinance company is currently developing its microfinance operations in the West Bank. The company is currently seeking a creative, problem-solving team-leader to join its management team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a branch office within the West Bank. The ideal candidate will have a background in microfinance operations, together with administration and financial procedures.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, banking and finance or other related field.
- Experience: minimum three years of experience in microfinance field.
Personal and technical skills:
- Leadership Skills
- Representation Skills
- Analytical and financial skills
- Ability to prepare reports.
- English Language
Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop the operations department policies, procedures and manuals.
- Develop products that fulfill the targeted segment needs.
- Follow up branches by field visits.
- Create Annual/semi-annual/ quarterly/monthly plans to maintain high productivity and profitability.
- Participate in market surveys and research in order to identify the client’s needs and client’s
- satisfaction of the provided services.
- Follow up the portfolio quality, repayment rate, delinquency and analyze the causes to follow the right procedures.
- Planning with HR department to deliver trainings and capacity building programs for the operations staff.
- Ensure to deliver competitive micro financing services with high quality that matches the company’s mission and vision.
- Any other duties related to the mentioned position.
