We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Operations Officer to join our growing team in Ramallah, Palestine.
Job Summary:
As an Operations Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth office operations, ensuring effective communication with clients, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English language skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office, and have the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including office maintenance, supplies management, and vendor coordination.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, both internally and externally.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and faxes.
Prepare and maintain client and company records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office tools.
Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives, as needed.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or SaaS industry.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and clients.
Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
Willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.
