BA/HR is recruiting an Optimization Engineer for a leading Services Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

* Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering are highly recommended to apply.

Contract Type: Permanent - Full-Time 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for coverage and capacity Dimensioning/Re-dimensioning.
2. Drive test analysis and troubleshooting.
3. Provide solutions for suffering areas (coverage, capacity, quality, low throughputs).
4. Generate the needed KPIs report from OSS/ENM and other data
5. warehouse reports.
6. New Features/Parameters trials and evaluation
7. Monitor, evaluate, and enhance daily KPIs.
8. Responsible for solving customer complaints.

Follow up and analyze daily degraded cells and sites.

Special Requirements & Skills: 

1. Knowledge of Programming Languages and Microsoft programs.
2. Able to intervene promptly and efficiently, where and when required.
3. Teamwork oriented.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Valid driving license.
