Education:

Advanced university degree (Master degree or equivalent) preferably in Business Administration, political science, international relations or related fields. A first level university degree with a relevant combination of academic qualifications and 2 additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in research and analysis, project development, and/or related field.
Experience in producing analytical and financial reports is preferable.
Experience in the humanitarian and/or development sector in the Middle East region is preferable.
Previous experience in the UN system is preferable.
Good knowledge of donor reporting processes, as well as the governmental and UN’s planning processes is preferable.
Computer literate, in particular MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
PRINCE2 Practitioner is an advantage.
