A leading trading import and distribution company for Pharmaceuticals based in Ramallah, is seeking a highly qualified Pharma Marketing Manager to perform the below activities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Drives and participates in business and marketing plans and process. Leverages core marketing capabilities in the creation and refinement of marketing plans.
-Maximizes the understanding of the Pharmaceuticals market. Addresses consumer and marketplace concerns and trends.
-Utilizes various research methods (e.g., market surveys, focus groups, consumer interviews) to provide effective brand positioning and key points of differentiation into the marketplace.
-Directs and manages projects including execution of marketing plans, initiatives and tasks.
-Effectively manages projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion (meets deadlines).
- Ensures that regulatory and compliance guidelines are followed.
-Analyzes how the brands are positioned in the market and crystallizes targeted consumer’s insights
-Leads creative development and creates motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”
-Establishes performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
-Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns, and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
-Coaches the team and gets the best from everyone
-Monitors market trends, researches consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
-Monitors product distribution and consumer reactions
-Brainstorms new and innovative growth strategies

Requirements:

-Minimum 8 years’ experience
-Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
-Highly creative with ability to think out of box
-Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
-Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
-Excellent command of the English language
-BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field
